Financial and work pressures, isolation…even weather worries. The stresses that face farmers and their families tend to be different from those faced by most people.This session gives an opportunity to listen to and speak with Lisa Richardson around the particular stresses faced by farmers and their families.
Lisa comes from a farming background and is still involved in the family farm.
She suggests ways to lessen the impact of the stresses and strains of farming life, and talks about the support that is available.
