Sarah was introduced to the world of antiques at an early age but was primarily fascinated by bags and accessories. In 2004 she founded Bags of Glamour and in 2019 was acclaimed as an expert lecturer for the Victoria and Albert (V&A) museum.
Her talk will explore the history of bags and purses throughout the ages and how they have found their place in fashion through the centuries and by all genders. Sarah will bring a number of her luxury bags to display and may even explain how to spot a fake.
