Healthy Body, Healthy Mind - How to Manage Wellbeing, NaturallyNothing is more important than your health... is a common wisdom expression and in this workshop, Lina Mookerjee will invite participants to explore this further.
The Covid-19 pandemic and its fallout impacted everyone’s lives, most notably those in the healthcare sector. This workshop will provide participants with a safe space to recalibrate and recover. Using the ancient health paradigm from Ayurveda and modern neuroscience concepts, Lina will offer ideas and practices to support a healthy way of being.
