Do you know you can extend the shelf life of your veggies in a number of fun yummy ways?

This hands-on workshop will equip you with the skills of producing homemade veg preserves using two methods: lacto-fermentation (kimchi) and preservation in vinegar (pickling). You will also take home your own filled jars and recipe cards.

The session will be run by Choon Key Chekar, a kimchi & pickling enthusiast with expertise of traditional fermentation methods from South Korea.

This workshop is open to people with no experience with an interest in getting started and people with previous experience who wish to refresh their knowledge or perfect their skills.
