From Grange-over-Sands you’ll walk up Hampsfell - a limestone pavement of breathtaking views across Morecambe Bay, the Lakeland Fells and Pennines.
With expert guide & ecologist Gemma Wren, you’ll learn about the nature and landscape of Morecambe Bay & discover the area's hidden natural gems.
At the summit, you’ll pause for panoramic views & appreciate the Bay’s extraordinary mosaic of habitats - limestone pavement, woodland, sand, saltmarsh and sea.
Your walk will lead on to a beautifully cooked lunch at the Netherwood Hotel. Enjoying uninterrupted views of Morecambe Bay from the dining room, you’ll enjoy seasonal food & locally sourced ingredients.
