Mayflower Archers Beginners Course - 2025 (SOLD OUT)
About
On this course you will be given an introduction to archery and taught how to shoot safely with good technique by our ArcheryGB qualified coaches.Our course comprises of THREE weekly sessions each of approximately 3 hours duration - totalling ~9 hours of course time. All the equipment you'll need is provided.
The cost of the course is £70 for Adults, £35 for Juniors (u18) plus a 15p Trybooking fee per person.
Topics covered will include:
- Shooting safety
- Correct shooting technique
- Introduction to the main types of modern archery
- Equipment choice
We aim to have a ratio of coaches to students of about 1:3.
On successful completion of the course participants will be issued with a Certificate of Competence and can then join Mayflower Archers as a full member.
