Come and join Phil for a wonderful 3D soundbath using drums, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, the voice , RavVast, monochord ( you get the picture! ). These earthy tones enable complete natural healing with the energies of Gaia.
The benefits of a soundbath include :
*Deepening relaxation. *Lowering stress and anxiety.*Improving mood and well-being. *Improving sleep.
Please bring cushions, blankets and a mat for comfort and warmth. The price is £15. Come and be healed.
