Join us for an evening celebrating women's health. The first in a series of health workshops here at Blundell's, fellow parents Caroline Atkinson and Jo Saunders are generously sharing their time, skills and expertise to help guide us all through the labyrinth of health and wellness, including sessions on hormones, teen health, mind health, children's health, skin health and of course menopause. The sessions will take place in The Beale Centre which will be transformed into a tranquil and calming space for everyone to listen, learn and share experiences whilst also enjoying an array of delicious nutritional treats created by our very own Ankur and his team. The first session will be focussing on the impact on nutrition and lifestyle and how both can support hormonal health at every life stage, from teens to later adulthood.
