AMBIR - A sweet and creamy single malt whisky that celebrates Holyrood's speciality malts. Ambir features Chocolate Malt, Vienna malt, Crystal 240, and Caramalt. Nose: Caramel, creamy fudge, Demerara sugar, Scottish tablet Palate: Red fruits, vanilla and cornflakes. Finish: Biscuit velvet texture, mouth watering, hint of savoury at the end

EMBRA - Smoothly balances smoky flavours and rich textures and features several yeasts: two distillers strains, three brewers yeasts, and two wine yeasts. Whether you love peated whisky or are trying it new, Embra has something to offer you. Nose: Lemon zest, horse chestnut pith, hints of peppermint and light hickory smoke. Palate: Wafer biscuits, dark chocolate mousse and notes of earthy highland peat smoke. Finish: Well rounded and clean with light notes of stewed pears.

PITCH - The newest release with decadent notes of cacao, blackcurrant, and honey with a finish of hints of coffee, raisins, and oak spice. Its rich brown malt takes centre stage, with pepe nero yeast further boosting the dark chocolate notes and sweet and nutty oloroso character. Nose: Cacao, Blackcurrant, Honey Palate: Sweet and rich with stewed red fruit and spicy green peppers. Finish: Hints of coffee, raisins and oak spice.
