We always like trying new tasting concepts and so in March, we’ll be offering 5x great whiskies.This time, however, they are served with a complimentary film as we have arranged a private viewing of The Angels' Share (2012), the amazing and moving Ken Loach film (Rated 88% on Rotten Tomatoes, 7/10 on Imdb):
Winner of the 2012 Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize, "The Angels' Share" is a comic fable about wasted talent and what happens when we are given a chance in life. You will be able to 'See and Sip' as the main character discovers a talent for whisky and a new life.
The film will start at 3pm at the Everyman cinema in York on Saturday 15th March, so aim to get there for 2:45pm and yes, we will be throwing in some nibbles!
