LEAF Education working in partnership with Shropshire Hills National Landscape have developed opportunities for Primary School teachers who teach within this area.The funded event includes:
Twilight CPD session on farm for Primary School Teachers
• Opportunity to learn about what curriculum linked activities can be delivered on farm
• Opportunity to book a funded farm visit
• Support from LEAF Education Specialist, Faye
• Meet the Shropshire Hills National Landscape officer who has a breadth of knowledge of the area and the local farmers offering educational visits
• Educational resources to take away, download and order after the event
• Networking with local farmers and teachers
This event is an opportunity to learn how teaching and learning about food, farming, and the natural environment can be delivered on an educational visit to a working farm within the Shropshire Hills National Landscape.
