Late entries will be accepted with a £2 admin fee.

Refunds: No refunds after the closing date

Awards: Will be awarded for the single (the first round shot) and double round subject to entries at the time of closing.

Closing Date for late entries: 26th October 2025.

Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available to purchase on the day.

Music: There may be music played during the day.

Dress: AGB dress regulations rule 307.

Drug Testing: Record status shoots are liable for drug testing. Any competitor approached to give a sample for testing MUST comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry is completed by one or more junior archers, consent must be given for each by the parent of legal guardian.

Photography: The provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adult's policy requires that those that wish to take photographs at the event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Club, the Tournament organiser and the working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code.

Data Protection: When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitiors for example target lists and results may be published.

AGB: All participants must be members of an affiliated Archery GB Club or a direct Archery GB member. Anyone without a current Archery GB membership will not be able to participate.

Neither Wymondham Archers nor Norfolk Showground can accept liability for damage or injury caused to any person or their property whilst on, entering or leaving the grounds howsoever caused.

How to Enter:

Single:

Book a single session for the 1st, 2nd or 3rd session. 

Double:

1) Book a single ticket for the first session you wish to shoot.
2) Select the Junior Double or Senior Double ticket in the second session you wish to shoot to receive the second session at a discounted price.
Note this must be an immediately following session, i.e. not Session 1 and 3.
Just selecting a Double ticket will not get you a valid entry into any session.

Triple:

Repeat the two steps above, then select Junior Triple or Senior Triple in the 3rd session.
Just selecting a Triple ticket will not get you a valid entry into any session.
