About
Ruth will guide you with a beautiful guided breath meditation to release stress and tension in your whole body, then we'll have a wonderful face massage to release built up tension in our face, especially the jaw, neck and temples. Then follow on with a facial yoga section to help to maintain the collegen and elastine in your beautiful face.Suitable for all levels of fitness (over 14s)
Ruth is the perfect guide for those dipping their toes into yoga for the first time as she emphasises the importance of listening to your body and rediscovering it's awesomeness!
What you need to know:
🧘 Mats are provided, loose clothing is recommended, please bring a bottle of water.
🧘 Pay what you feel, whether it's £5 or £0!
🧘 This 45 minute class will start promptly at 09:15, so please arrive in good time.
🧘 Over 14's only.
🧘 Due to the high demand for places please book early to avoid disappointment
