This 45-minute session combines low-impact strength training, gentle cardio, and functional movement patterns to help you stay strong, mobile, and confident through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Led by qualified pre/postnatal instructors, each circuit is adapted to your individual needs, focusing on core stability, pelvic floor strength, posture, and overall well-being. Whether you're expecting your first baby or returning after birth, Mama Moves offers a safe, encouraging space to move your body, boost your mood, and connect with other mums.
All fitness levels welcome — modifications always available. Babies welcome to stay nearby during postnatal sessions.
