As industries evolve and the needs of our communities shift, the bridge between education and employment has never been more in need of bold, collaborative action.That’s why we’re bringing together educators, employers, and community leaders for an event dedicated to aligning education pathways with workforce needs and unlocking opportunity across the region.
Across Cumbria, employers are facing critical skills gaps, while young people seek clear, attainable routes into meaningful employment. The disconnect isn’t due to lack of commitment, it’s a matter of coordination, communication and a shared vision.
You’ll hear from regional and national voices in education, business and policy and take part in interactive panels and practical workshops that explore:
