Open Farm Sunday (SOLD OUT)
About
We will be opening the farm in 2 sessions on Sunday 8th June 2025. Session 1 will be 10am to 12.30 pm. Session 2 will be 1pm to 3:30pm.Why not come and see what we get up to at Handley Farm. You will be able to meet the goats, see the little kids, meet their mums and grandmas. Watch the mums being milked, meet the hens and cows, and talk to all our volunteers. You can have a look at our herb labyrinth and vegetable garden and meet our bee keepers and try to find the colony's "queen". We will have some activities around the farm also and even ice cream and or cakes depending on our wonderful British weather on the day!
Food and drink will be available to purchase in the Bull Shed, and the bar will be open (cash only).
We will have our own honey for sale alongside fresh rhubarb from our community veg garden or anything else that we have in abundance at that time!
