Enjoy a healing sound bath nourishing your mind, body and soul ✨Focusing on giving yourself a moment of self care is the perfect way to end our week, setting intentions for the week ahead! 💫
Sound Bath will take place outdoors in the garden at Cotesbach Educational Trust so we can be surrounded by nature 🌸
Settle down for the evening and enjoy the magical power of the crystal singing bowls, and then enjoy a moment of grounding with a warming herbal tea and sweet treat afterwards 🌙
Sound baths are not suitable for those in first or third trimester of pregnancy, anyone with a pace maker, or those who suffer with sound induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus or any other sound sensitive health concerns.
Tickets are non-refundable but you’re welcome to pass on to a friend ✨
Should we have wet weather, we will move indoors to the school room.
