Gaby left Blundells with a degree to go and do but not much beyond that in terms of a career path. Having fallen into a consulting career in London, Gaby has spent the last 25 years navigating the corporate world through the 2008 financial crash, through multiple mergers, through Covid and now through the beginnings of a second Trump Presidency. Gaby currently leads WTW, a global insurance broking and human capital consulting firm, in the UK as well as leading the employee experience consulting business across Europe. Gaby will share experiences of navigating the corporate world through fundamental change, how the world of work has changed and will continue to change with the advent of AI and the tips that she will be passing on to her children as they enter the world of work over the next few years!!
