Playful Nature and Autus Cumbria invite you to a special session to explore these themes, and how they connect...

Enjoy a relaxed afternoon at Piel View House in Barrow Park - the home of music and sound art organisation Full of Noises, who are kindly hosting us.
After some introductions, we will head out into the park and try out some group and solo activities to:

- Tune into nature with all of your senses
- Respond creatively using words poetry, sound and music

We will return indoors for a brew, and to chat about our experience of the afternoon, and ideas for a bigger potential project to explore the 'Voice of the land'.

All welcome - no need for previous experience with creative practices.
If the weather is bad we will tweak activities to keep everyone dry!

Cost: Free, but booking is essential so we can prepare a great session for you!
