Identifying common signs of wrongdoing is essential for preventing any problem from escalating in size and cost. This session analyses frequent signs of common problems in the workplace, such as discrimination, sexual misconduct, incompetence and corruption; we will be looking at bullying as a special case. The aim is to be able to identify these 'symptoms' in the workplace collective and in the behaviour of individuals with a view to developing an effective and sensitive approach when dealing with complaints or wrongdoing.Location
