This workshop is rooted in Movement Medicine – a blend of ancient shamanic practice and modern neuroscience – designed to help you explore your intentions, access your creativity, and celebrate life through embodied dance.
No experience is necessary. Whether you’ve danced a thousand times or are just beginning, every body is welcome.
What to Bring/Wear:
– Water bottle
– Comfy layered clothes
– Barefoot or soft shoes for dancing on matting
