Crane balsam bash

Join us for a free nature conservation session on the River Crane, pulling up the invasive Himalayan balsam plant in an easy and satisfying activity known as 'balsam bashing'!Meet at the Texaco Petrol Station on Baber Bridge at 2pm (13 Staines Rd, Feltham TW14 0HW, what3words: ///lawn.photo.racks, google plus code (can put into google maps): FH5X+C3 Feltham). We will finish back at the petrol station at 4pm. Please note that we will be working on uneven and potentially boggy ground and that accessing the balsam will involve a step down from the boardwalk. Please wear long trousers and long sleeves and sturdy shoes. Biscuits will be provided but please bring a bottle of water!
