How to create a problem-free workplace culture
About
What we do repeatedly and over time determines our life course and our success; similarly what workers do repeatedly and over time determines the success of the organisation. An organisation's culture - its repeated behaviours and beliefs - are crucial determinants to its success or its downfall.Using a real-life cases study, the Grenfell Tower fire, we will look at how the culture of two of the companies that supplied highly combustible materials shaped their decisions in their marketing and sales. The factors that have led to these companies' serious and public wrongdoing are common to many organisations. By identifying and understanding them, we will look at how they can replaced with factors that instead help organisations be productive so that they can concentrate on thriving and growing rather than on financially ruinous litigation or scandals.
