Reporting processes are ways in which employees, clients/customers or third parties communicate concerns, problems or complaints to an organisation; they are extremely helpful ways in which organisations can identify problems before they become serious and expensive.Often organisations are wary of reporting processes because they may lack the confidence or knowledge on how to structure reporting processes or how to deal with complaints. This session explores different reporting processes examining the factors that makes reporting processes effective and helpful for organisations.
We will be looking at three real-life case studies that will show how flawed reporting processes can cause massive financial harm to an organisation because of loss of reputation or business. We will also look at how an effective reporting process to elucidate how to structure reporting processes that highlight concerns so that they do not turn into scandals.
