Paint a Daisy

About
Join us for a unique & creative children's event hosted by Amelia Bedson, celebrating heritage conservation!Young artists will have the exciting opportunity to restore a cast of a delicate daisy from an 18th-century gilded English mirror frame. Using any colours they choose—including shimmering gold—they'll be bringing history back to life.
The daisy is decorated with a ribbon of their choosing and makes an excellent memento or gift.
We’ve found that adults love being involved and don’t want to miss out on this restoration project, so why not make it a family event and join in with your little ones to help ‘Save-a-Daisy’.
Numbers are limited to ten people per 30 minute session to ensure that everyone will receive enough time and attention.
Museum admission is not included in the ticket price. If you would like to visit the museum before/after the workshop, you will need to buy admission or show a valid annual pass.
