Our closest relationships—whether romantic, familial, or professional—often serve as mirrors, revealing what we’re holding, hiding, or longing to be seen.

Guided Meditation: To attune to your felt sense in the company of others.
Reflective Writing & Inquiry: Invitation to notice where projection, reactivity, or unconscious patterns show up.
Circle Sharing: A held space to speak and listen without fixing; to witness and be witnessed.
