A 2018 graduate in Management and IT, Tom joined Lux at an early stage and helped scale it into a global player, partnering with Just Eat, British Airways, Barclaycard, and Mastercard. In 2024, Lux was acquired for an eight-figure sum by Enigmatic Smile.
With past ventures including a nightlife loyalty app launched during his studies, and experience across start-ups in tech, retail, and healthcare, Tom brings insight into scaling businesses and forging high-impact partnerships.
