Nestled on the southern edge of the stunning New Forest National Park in Hampshire, is a retreat venue that merges rustic elegance with breathtaking natural surroundings.Stepping onto the grounds, guests immediately feel invited into a tranquil landscape where native birds sing across heathlands and lakes.
Our Sensory Retreat is designed with the intention of holding a welcoming space for you to unwind and relax.
Our offerings have been carefully constructed to offer Tarot inspired Yoga, Tarot & Oracle cards, Acupuncture, Wim Hof Breathwork (with optional Ice Bath) and will finish with a specially designed Yoga Nidra session with accompanying Sound Healing.
We are also pleased to offer a healthy veggie lunch and snacks provided by the local Four Acre Farm.
We have created an offering that will help to reset and restore your mind and body and look forward to hosting you.
