Get ready to move, sweat and build strength with this fast-paced, full-body circuit training class. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Our circuits classes run every Friday at 1.15pm. Classes last for 45 minutes. Classes cost £6.50 per class and are included with your gym + fitness class loyalty card. Pre-booking is recommended.
