Give your mind, body and soul a moment of peace and calm with a healing Sunday sound bath 🌷The sound bath will allow you to enter a deeply restful state as the magic sounds of crystal singing bowls wash over you, allowing you to find your inner calm.
Simply lay down and relax, bringing with your mat, blankets and pillows to create a cosy nest.
After the sound bath, we will have a warming herbal tea and a moment of grounding.

£18 per person
Please note, sound healing is not suitable for those with a pace maker, those in first or third trimester of pregnancy, those with sound induced epilepsy. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any concerns.
