This fast-paced class combines music, cycling and interval training to boost your stamina, burn calories and strengthen your legs.

This class is run by Harvey, one of our Winchester College Sports Centre fitness instructors.

Indoor cycling classes run every Tuesday at 1pm. Classes last for 45 minutes. Classes cost £6.50 per class and are included with our gym + fitness class loyalty card. Pre-booking is recommended.
