"Recruiting and retaining employees with health challenges or caring responsibilities."

Barrow Rising's Work and Health Team invite you to a morning of lively discussion about helping employers retain or recruit people with health needs and/or caring responsibilities.

In collaboration with employers (including those in the charitable sector) we will design interventions to be tested and assessed through use of a local grant fund.

This morning session, followed by a networking lunch, is an opportunity for local employers to learn about existing help available to them, and to inform new approaches.

Please note this event is for SMEs and large employers in the Barrow area only. We politely request one registration per organisation.
