Join us for a dynamic day of sport, skill-building, and teamwork! Starting with an 8:30am registration and meet-and-greet, the camp features:Athletic Development (9–11am): Sprinting, agility, and strength through fun games and challenges
Mental Resilience Workshop (11:30–12:30): Learn how to manage nerves and perform under pressure
Lunch & Orienteering (12:30–1:30): Refuel and explore the school grounds with a team challenge
Hockey Skills & Matches (1:30–5:00pm): Master stick techniques and play small-sided games on our stunning astro turf
Perfect for girls looking to grow in confidence, fitness, and hockey finesse.
