Booking for Summer 2026 OsClub IS LIVE!
OsClub
OsClub offers a full day of childcare between 8.15am and 5.30pm and is open to all children aged 5 - 11. Activities include team games, crafts, sports, baking, outdoor activities and daily swimming. A hot 2-course lunch is included (you are welcome to provide a packed lunch for your child if preferred). In the summer, we separate into two groups - 'Juniors' is for ages 5-7 and 'Seniors' is for ages 8-11. If siblings would like to stay together please book both children into the Juniors group. Every week (where possible) OsClub runs a trip day where children have the opportunity to explore what the local area can offer such as National Trust & Heritage sites, farms and countryside adventures. Children booked on to a trip day must remember to bring their own packed lunch as we like to enjoy a picnic offsite! We only run one mixed aged group on a trip day and spaces are limited. There is an additional charge for trip days to cover transport and activity entry fees and your child must have attended a non-trip day before being booked on to a trip.

How do I book?
Select your preferred option and complete the booking details. Once you reach the checkout page you can select 'buy more tickets' (just above the Total Price) to add more sessions to your cart before checking out. If you are new to OsClub, please ensure you complete the sign-up form in your booking confirmation email.
How do I pay?
Payment is required by card at checkout.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
A 10% booking discount is offered for those booking one or more children on non-trip days. Please enter the code sibling in the promotional code box at checkout.
Can I pay with childcare vouchers?
Please enter the code childcarevoucher in the promotional code box at checkout after entering any other discount codes to pay separately using childcare vouchers or your HMRC tax-free childcare account. We ask that you process payment via your childcare voucher scheme immediately after booking and in full. Please note the total of your booking at checkout minus the booking fee so you know how much to pay before adding the childcare voucher code as this code will zero your basket. Please select Oswestry School as the childcare provider when registering OsClub via your tax-free account.
What is the lunch menu for OsClub sessions?
The lunch menu for each holiday period will be linked at the top of this page. You will be asked to choose your lunch option at the point of booking (main meal, meat free or bringing own packed lunch). You will also be asked to confirm if there are any dietary requirements/allergies that we should be aware of. If there are any allergies/tolerances you must also complete the Food Allergy and Intolerance Notification Form for our caterers which is linked in your booking confirmation email. Children in all OsClub sessions are also provided with fresh fruit daily as a snack after swimming. Lunch is not provided on OsClub trip days; a packed lunch will need to be sent in with your child.
Where do I drop off and collect from?
Details are provided in your booking confirmation email. Please check your spam and ensure that emails from Try Booking are not blocked as we also send out reminder emails and any additional information related to your booking via Try Booking. We are a secure site with restricted access during the holiday period so please do read the instructions provided in your booking email.
Will OsClub accept children with EHCPs?
We are currently unable to provide any form of 1-2-1 support at OsClub. If your child has an EHCP it is vital that you contact us before booking to discuss the requirements within your child's EHCP. Please email OsClub directly via osclub@oswestryschool.com.
Please note that ALL children are required to bring a refillable water bottle to all of the sessions at OsClub. No fizzy drinks are permitted and no nuts if you are providing a packed lunch or snacks. Electronic devised must be left at home please.
Please ensure you read the information within the booking confirmation email after processing your booking. A sign-up form (linked in the email) must also be completed if your child has not attended any of our sessions before. You will be asked to complete a new sign-up form every 12 months but you are responsible for keeping us up to date with any changes to your childs medical/dietary needs.
