Join us for a delicious five course tasting menu, created by our chef Alex, featuring the very best of what's in season.

The Menu

FIRST COURSE
• Cauliflower, beer and Gruyere soup, rosemary and sea salt focaccia

SECOND COURSE
• Hake and prawn fish cake, bisque, horseradish

or
• Raw and cooked kohlrabi, cured egg yolk, orange

THIRD COURSE
• Grilled Jerusalem artichoke, olive and red onion salad

FOURTH COURSE
• Salt baked root vegetables from the garden, whipped feta, kale and harissa

or
• Local venison loin, duck fat potatoes, celeriac, shallot and juniper

FIVE COURSE
• Dark chocolate, hazelnut, espresso

£65 per person
Wine and beer is available for an additional charge.
