Whether you are brand new to breathwork or have practiced before, all are welcome.

For the session:
• Bring yoga mat and blanket
• Avoid caffeine and a big meal two hours before session
• Wear loose comfortable clothing
• Arrive 10 mins early for the session
Please note the following contraindications for this practice: cardiovascular disorders, epilepsy, recent surgeries, severe asthma, aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, severe diabetes, uncontrolled blood pressure, bipolar, schizophrenia or psychosis.
