About
Join the elves in their magical workshop, where you'll learn the elf code, create a special decoration, write your letter to Santa and much more! Then at your booked timeslot, join Santa in his Mailroom where you'll meet the big man, himself, where he’ll check the Nice/Naughty List!
To book
1. Select your date and 15-minute time slot to meet Santa.
We recommend arriving 45 minutes to 1 hour before your booked time to join the elves in their magical workshop, or you can choose to visit the workshop after meeting Santa.
If 'Meet Santa' is booked for 10am - 11am, we recommend visiting the elves AFTER.
If 'Meet Santa' is booked for 3pm - 4pm, we recommend visiting the elves BEFORE.
2. Select Santa’s Grotto tickets for all children attending.
3. Tell us a bit about your child/children who are coming to see Santa.
