Winter Shinrin Yoku, Eaves Wood, Sunday 30th November 2025
Before the busyness of Christmas and the year’s end, take a gentle pause in nature.
Join us for a peaceful morning of Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) in Eaves Wood — a rare temperate rainforest filled with ancient trees, birdsong, and soft winter light.
This restorative practice invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. We’ll move slowly through the woodland with guided invitations to notice, breathe, and simply be.
Afterwards we’ll gather around a woodland fire for packed lunch, warmth, and gentle conversation.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded — relaxed yet energised, and reconnected to your own natural rhythm.
Please wear warm, weather-appropriate layers and sturdy footwear.
Bring a packed lunch, something to sit on, and an open heart.
Spaces are limited to 12 people — early booking is recommended.
Full details will be emailed after booking.
