The Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course is the most popular workplace first aid course in the UK. After completing this course, you will be able to prove that you have completed first aid training that meets Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to be a first aider in a low-risk work environment.The course covers the following topics:
• Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
• Assessing an incident
• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• CPR
• Recovery Position
• Use of AED (Defibrillator)
• Choking
• Seizures
• Shock
• Wounds and bleeding
• Minor injuries
• Cuts, grazes, and bruises
• Minor burns and scalds
The course is delivered by Safehaven Training.
The cost of the course is £45.
