Surrounded by the soft glow of Christmas trees, this sound bath offers a peaceful pause amidst this bustling season — a time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your inner calm.You’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion. Simply rest, get cosy, and allow the sound to wash over you, bringing balance and quiet renewal.
No experience needed — just come as you are and allow the sounds to do the work.
Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start
