Half Day Workshop

Spend a morning, afternoon or evening in a beautiful studio, immersing yourself in the fascinating world of fused glass.

You’ll learn about frit, stringers and murrini, then create your own designs, or take inspiration from the pieces on display. No previous experience is required: expert tuition will be provided, and all materials are included.

During the approximately 2½-hour workshop, including a break for homemade cake, you’ll create two beautiful glass pieces. These will be kiln-fired at 765°C and transformed into stunning ornamental works of art. Shaped pieces will receive a second firing to slump them into their final form.

Your finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately one week after the workshop.
