Be Yourself will meet weekly on Monday afternoons 12-1pm at Redcatch Community Garden in the Canopy, which is a heated indoor area within the Garden.This group is aimed at those who are aged 11-16years, neurodiverse (diagnosed or un-diagnosed) , and unable to access full time education.
This is an opportunity to share interests, cook and chat. The session is led by experienced Session Practitioners and would be particularly appropriate for those with high energy who may need space and support to socialise.
Booking is essential as this group is likely to be very popular. Please contact Sophie to join the waiting list.
