We are now open for applications for street trading pitches. Food traders will be located in New Market Street (at the Market Street end). We plan to site non-food traders in Theatre Street Car Park (subject to council approval), which will be closed to vehicles, and is a less windy location than New Market Street.A 3mx3m stall costs £90 for Saturday only, £30 for Sunday only, or £100 for both days. A 6mx3m stall costs £120 for Saturday only, £40 for Sunday only, or £130 for both days. A further discount may be applied for charities, non-profits, schools, etc.
We have a limited amount of space in each location, and are requesting applications for pitches. We are generally over-subscribed, and so will aim to achieve a suitable overall mix of products, also considering whether the applicant is local to Cumbria, and if they have supported Retro Rendezvous in previous years.
Submission of an application does not constitute acceptance by the organisers.
