Each gathering is intuitively guided by the current energies and gently weaves together meditation, breathwork, journaling, and a healing modality. These soul-led evenings offer a calm, nurturing space for connection and relaxed spiritual conversation among like-minded women. Open to all levels, with beginners warmly welcomed.
