About

Two artists in Walthamstow set out to take their street off-grid, sparking a solar-powered energy revolution. Inspired by lockdown mutual aid, Hilary Powell and Dan Edelstyn turn their neighbourhood into an energy-generating prototype, pitching the idea to neighbours, fundraising, and even launching a Christmas single. By turns funny and heart warming, Power Station is a vibrant portrait of community, creativity, and the power of art to show what’s possible.
