TICKETS
• General Admission (External) tickets are available for purchase from 19:00 each Sunday. External attendees (i.e. non-Darwin College members) must have a ticket to enter the church and attend the class. • External attendees must check in with a committee member before entering. • Any ticket transfers must be arranged before arriving at the college. Ticket exchanges on the door are not allowed. • A maximum of two tickets may be purchased per person. If additional tickets are bought using duplicate accounts, only the first two tickets will be valid. Additional tickets will not be refunded. • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms, including the non-refundable policy for invalid or duplicate tickets. Darwin members can attend without pre-booking but must pay a £1 fee on entry (cash or card).⸻ENTRY • External attendees must arrive at 20:15 as the class begins at 20:30. • Committee members may deny access to non-Darwin attendees arriving after 20:30, even if they have a valid ticket. • Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. This policy is clearly stated at the time of booking.⸻SCHEDULE • 20:15 - Doors open • 20:30 - Doors close / Class starts • 21:30 - Social danceThe class will begin with a warm-up, followed by four rueda groups (Levels 1-4) from 20:30-21:30, followed by social dancing (21:30-22:00).⸻FURTHER INFORMATION • If you have any accessibility requirements or a disability that may impact emergency evacuation, please indicate this when booking. • Photography & Video: We may occasionally take photos or record videos during the class for promotional purposes. • If you do not wish to be included, please inform the organisers before or at the start of the class, and we will ensure your request is respected. • Photos/videos may be posted on Darwin Cuban Salsa Facebook & Instagram
