Sedbergh Spring Women’s Circles
About
As the land awakens, we gather to notice what is awakening in us.There are times in life when you don’t need answers — you just need somewhere to pause.
This Spring, the circles unfold as a connected series rather than isolated gatherings.
Each month holds a theme that deepens the last:
March – Tending What Tends Us
April – Rooted & Held
May – The Devotional Thread
You are welcome to attend one session — or step into the unfolding series.
These gatherings explore plant presence, land connection, devotion, beauty, and belonging through shared reflection and gentle ritual.
You might not have the words for it yet, but you know something is shifting. You carry a knowing in your bones, even if you’re not sure what comes next.
This circle is for you if:
- You want to be witnessed without judgement, advice, or fixing
- You’re drawn to listening as much as sharing
- You’re longing for real connection beyond surface-level conversation
- You feel a pull toward this place, its land, and its rhythms
- You’re willing to sit in presence without rushing
- You don’t need polished answers. You only need a willingness to stay with what’s true.
This Circle May Not Be The Right Fit If…
- You’re looking to be fixed, coached, or advised
- You feel uncomfortable with silence or slowness
- You tend to lead, analyse, or steer group spaces
- You’re not able to commit to shared agreements around confidentiality and respect
- You’re seeking a quick emotional release rather than steady reflection
This space is not for everyone — and that’s intentional.
Why We Gather
To come back into ourselves.
To return to what’s been waiting beneath noise and responsibility.
To sit close to the inner flame — steady and alive.
We gather because change doesn’t always come through action.
Sometimes it comes through attention. Through being witnessed. Through staying.
In circle, threads are woven through presence. Stories meet. Silences speak. What has been carried alone is held collectively.
The room is steady.
The pace is slow.
Silence is not something to fill — it is something to rest in.
You are allowed to arrive unfinished.
You are allowed to take your time.
If something in you recognises this space — trust that.
The circle doesn’t rush you.
It doesn’t ask for more than you can give.
It’s already here — waiting, steady, and willing to hold what you bring.
