Reflective Gathering - One Sacred Circle
About
This is a special day as tonight we leave the winter and journey our way towards spring…As we transition through to mid-winter and mark the half way point towards spring we have an opportunity to sit and reflect upon what is meaningful to us within this special time within this sacred gathering of souls. Within this circle you may wish to reflect on where you are in your life at this time and where you might like to go. You might wish to think about what you might like to release and what you might like to create at this particular point in your life. What seeds of ideas and dreams might you want to grow, in the next week, month or year/s? This space is designed to create a pause as we take a deep dive into what can be found within our own personal experience as we connect within these sacred few hours. As we take time to tum inwards within this circle space drop in to a deepening with yourself connecting to your being. Ideas, wants and needs of your heart and soul may be uncovered and brought into the light. Sacred longings of the heart get a chance to be heard, listened to and felt and perhaps have the space and time to be expressed heard within or maybe speaking life into these pearls bringing forth form into these vibrant ideas expressing them into the group–even out loud. As we move through the circle using our voice to share or not, we invoke and Experiment., reflecting, sharing or being still as you settle and unfold.
Come and join and receive nourishment and community where you can be you just as you are. You may wish to share, you may choose not to... you may wish to bring a poem, a story, reflect on an experience or share some personal insight that matters to you. The space is shared and we co create it together honouring and respecting each other as we participate whilst being true to ourselves at the same time. We can do this by just being present. Sometimes just sitting listening and being is the most healing gift we can give ourselves or another. Let us see how it is for you.
You do not have to have done this before. All are welcome. Just as you are. It is an experimental space to learn more about yourself and others. You may never have sat in a group like this before or maybe you have for some many times perhaps. However, this finds you are welcome. If you are human then this circle is for you.
Come and join us in our one sacred circle. We will begin at 4 pm until 7 pm and during this time we will create a sacred space to allow for what is here in the present moment. Allowing space and time to honour what is within us and to either sit and listen or to share what feels safe to do so within the group. Both Listening and being heard are of the greatest value both to ourselves and as a gift to each other. There will be no pressure to talk or to say more than you feel is comfortable for you and you may wish to sit and be silent. Within this space we do not mend offer advice or fix but offer our presence.
Just bring yourself and a friend if you would like to.
You will need something comfy to sit on and a blanket and candle {to be lit outside weather permitting } and a small object that is special to you that you might like to talk about or share within the afternoon.
