The Volunteer Managers workshop has an open and friendly workshop environment for sharing good practice
Contents include - recruiting, screening, supporting, managing, retaining, acknowledging, recognising and exiting volunteers
Volunteer Managers workshop includes an introduction to the Quality Mark standards and self assessment forms a mandatory part of the accreditation that can be attained.
