This informal, participatory, 3hr, face to face workshop is aimed at organisations who would like to attain a quality standard with the Lancashire wide Valuing Volunteering Quality MarkIt is an open and friendly environment for sharing good practice
Contents include - Business planning and financial implications, GDPR and ICO, Safer recruitment & planning for volunteers. The session also includes sample policies and other documents necessary for safe working practices.
The introduction to the Quality Mark standards includes self assessment for evaluation and a policy check and feedback in your own time to help everyone achieve the Quality Mark when ready
